Delivery should be: If the product is available, delivery will be within 5 working days.
If a product needs to be ordered allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If a product is not available and has to be ordered, you will be notified by email of the delay.

| Refund Policy |
Goods can only be returned if they are faulty. Due to the nature of the product we do not exchange or refund just because you have changed your mind. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of item. Please test your product upon receipt.
Please forward an email outlining the defect, and the date it was mail returned. |
