When would we contact you?

We will not send you any promotional material unless you request it.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order from [email protected] shortly after submitting the order.

If your order cannot be shipped to you in the allocated time (see Delivery information), one of our customer support representatives will send an e-mail to let you know how your order is going from our end.

If your order does not contain enough information (example, address details) for us to ship your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via e-mail.

If we cannot contact you via email, we may call the telephone number you provide, but will not identify ourselves until we are satisifed that we are speaking to the person who's name is on the order.

We appear on credit card statements as Add Some Spice. (People will think your a cooking freak)

All Add Some Spice products are delivered using Australia Post.

All parcels are either in Australia Post Packaging, or in plain discrete boxes.
